Peri Peri Chicken Burger

Step 1
Put the chicken fillets in a resealable bag and pour some HOC Peri Peri sauce in the bag. Seal the bag and toss the chicken well until they are well coated in the sauce.

Step 2
Refrigerate the bag overnight or for 4-6 hours.

Step 3
Take HOC Peri Peri sauce, plain yoghurt, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Combine them well and refrigerate the mixture.

Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken fillets combined with the peri peri sauce to the pan and cook. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes on a medium flame or until brown. Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate.

Step 5
For assembly, on one side of the halved burger bun, place lettuce and sliced tomato.

Step 6
Place the chicken, sliced onion, and a little bit of the refrigerated mixture.

Step 7
Drizzle just a little bit of the HOC Peri Peri sauce and complete assembly by placing the top half of the burger bun on top.

Serve the burger with sides of your choice.
